Determining your size:

Children & Adults: measure the wrist just below the wrist bone with a flexible tape measure. This is the actual wrist size.  Now add 1 to 1. 1/4 inches.  This is your bracelet size.  This is approximate sizing and not a guarantee of perfect sizing.

If this bracelet is meant as a gift and you are unable to get an accurate wrist measurement, please refer to the chart below for approximate sizing. The standard bracelet size for an adult is 7 to 7 1/2 inches.

Resizing

If an item requires resizing, please email us.  If you find an item that you like but it is not in your size, please contact us and we will let you know if it can be resized to your specific measurement.  When sizing a bracelet to a larger size or a necklace to a longer length, there may occasionally be a small fee for extra components such as chain, beads, or wire. Please enquire.

We accept payments through PayPal, an easy, secure way to make online payments.  PayPal utilizes the SSL protocol, featuring the highest level of security commercially available.  Your private information is also secure, as their servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet.  You can use Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or Instant transfer from a bank account.

Shipping

At this time, we are shipping ONLY within Canada using regular mail and charge a flat rate of $6.00 for shipping and handling (includes insurance). 

Items paid for by PayPal payment will be shipped as soon as payment clears and marked as sold on this website.  International and US shipping is not available at this time.
 

Warranty/Replacement Policy

If an item becomes defective, please email us and we will do our best to repair it.

Once you receive and inspect your item, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it, unworn and undamaged, within 10 days for a full refund or exchange, less shipping fees.  Please contact us for further instructions.

 
Unavailability

As each jewellery piece is unique, we will be selling items on a first-come basis.  Our jewellery pieces are often created with one-of-a-kind beads, once sold there will not be another made in that exact fashion.

We cannot reproduce these pieces, although occasionally we may be able to provide something with a somewhat similar feel upon special request.
